Refund Process

  1. If you wish to return an order because it's no longer wanted/needed, or was purchased by mistake, please be aware of the following conditions:
    1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
    2. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount.
    3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund minus the restocking fee.
    5. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to the original method of payment.
