Shipping Policy

At Merv King, we are committed to delivering your HVAC air filters quickly and efficiently. We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, whether you’re ordering for your home or business.

 

Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the continental United States. No minimum order value is required. Enjoy hassle-free shopping with no additional shipping costs!

 

Shipping Times

Once your order is processed, it will ship the same business day (Monday thru Friday before 2PM PST). All orders can take anywhere from 1-5 business days for delivery.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment at any time to know when to expect delivery.

 

Order Cancellations

Non-Subscription Cancellations

We process and ship orders promptly to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible. To accommodate cancellation requests, we've established the following policy:

Important: All orders are processed and shipped by 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on business days.

  • To cancel an order, you must contact us by 2:00 PM PST on the day of your order.
  • Cancellation requests received after 2:00 PM PST cannot be guaranteed, as your order may have already been processed for shipping.
  • If you miss the cancellation window, your order will be shipped as scheduled, and our standard return policy will apply.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team immediately via email or phone with your order number and cancellation request.

 

Subscription Cancellations

We process and ship subscription orders on a regular schedule to ensure you receive your products consistently. To accommodate cancellation requests for upcoming subscription shipments, we've established the following policy:

Important: All subscription orders are processed and shipped by 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on the scheduled delivery date.

  • To cancel your subscription shipment, you must do so in your My Account profile, by clicking the Manage Subscription button. Please note: Your subscription is not cancelled until you confirm the cancellation, in which you will receive an email confirmation.
  • If you miss the cancellation window, your subscription order will be shipped as scheduled, and our standard return policy will apply.

 

Shipping Restrictions 

At this time, we only ship to the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, U.S Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO. Expedited services are also not available at this time.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
